Come and join our friendly group of passionate volunteers each and every Thursday.
A small group of Coastcare volunteers run weekly working bees alternating between Buckley Park with representatives of CoGG’s Environment team and Bukareeyoo (under supervision of Barwon Coast).
The working bees are a chance to help control invasive weeds such as Polygala grandiflora in the dune system and support the continued regeneration of indigenous vegetation.
Come prepared: Wear long pants and long sleeves, a hat, gloves, closed shoes and eye protection (eg sunglasses). Please SMS Jenni- 0400 630 313 if you plan to come along to find out the exact location for the week and so you can be notified of any change especially due to weather.
