It's on again! The Greater Geelong Plastic Pollution Count is happening this November and BCN are hosting workshops to get you ready.
Come and join a fun group of people as we prepare you to be a citizen scientist monitoring plastic pollution in our region. This data is used by world leading researchers (CSIRO) and the City of Greater Geelong.
You can expect to hear about the research happening all over the world in what is the worlds largest plastic pollution survey and practice the quick and simple transect methodology. You will meet new people with a passion for protecting our environment from the scourge of plastic pollution, have lots of laughs and enjoy a catered lunch of sushi!
