Unfortunately this plant has a significantly irritant sap which means this weeding is not a suitable activity for children, but our underage coastcarers would be welcome to come along and with their adult guardians and collect rubbish from this beautiful piece of coast. Rubbish removal is very important for regeneration as well!
Meet at the last carpark on the ocean side before the Barwon Heads bridge (BUK 110- formerly known as 20W), look out for our flag.
Cost is free and please dress for protection of your arms and legs and consider the weather. BYO gloves and eye protection/sunglasses if you prefer, although there will be supplies available to use on the day.
