Coastal Discovery Stall - 10am - 3pm
Visit the Coastal Discovery Stalls at the 'Kurrak' or Ocean Grove Playground this January to explore the wonders of the coast - from the local Hooded Plovers, the creatures found in our rockpools as well as how to get involved in local environmental groups. Explore the table-top beachcomb, pick up some brochure so or do a colouring in!
What's involved: Local environment groups will be facilitating a tabletop beachcomb, craft and other activities at this stall from 10am - 3pm. Participants will receive educational resources such as posters, brochures and more at any time.
Access: Parking can be difficult at this time of year, so you may want to leave extra time to find a park. Walk towards the Ocean Grove main beach and head to the playground opposite The Dunes restaurant and look for the marquee and tables.
Note: Please do not visit this stall if you are unwell. Our presence is subject to weather conditions and will be postponed if weather is not safe or unfavourable.
