The Friends of Edwards Point weeding group meets twice a month to help Parks Victoria control environmental weeds in Edwards Point Wildlife Reserve.
The Friends of Edwards Point operates under the policies and direction of Parks Victoria whilst conducting activities in the reserve, including Parks’ OH&S & Child Safety policy.
The weeding group meets at either 9.30 am or 10.00 am and we usually end our activity around 11.00 am or 11.30am followed by morning tea.
An email will be sent a few days before the event confirming start times and location.
The weeding activity may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, but if you confirm your attendance, you will be notified on the day.
Members will automatically be notified, but if you are not a member and would like to be on our Ecological Restoration Group mailing list, or you would like further information please send an email to the below address.
